Good Eyebrow Pencil for Blondes?
Hello everyone I need your help. I am having a hard time picking out a good eyebrow pencil for blond hair. I really love the look of bold brows. I am using a Rimmel pencil now and it it way too red for my brows. I am afraid that brown will be too intense for my eyebrows. Does anyone have any eyebrow pencil suggestions?
